4. Employment & Compliance

Right to Work

All drivers must provide valid documentation confirming legal right to work in the UK.

Licensing

Valid UK driving license required
License must remain compliant and monitored
Any endorsements or restrictions must be reported immediately

Reporting for Duty

Arrive on time for every shift
Confirm attendance before dispatch
Follow route allocation and delivery schedule

Working Hours

Drivers must comply with legal driving time and working hour regulations.

5. Vehicle Responsibility

Daily Vehicle Inspection

Tyres, tread, and pressure
Lights, mirrors, and indicators
Oil, coolant, and screenwash
Dashboard warning lights
Load security and vehicle body condition

Defect Reporting

All faults must be reported immediately
Unsafe vehicles must not be driven
Vehicle status must be recorded clearly as Safe to Drive or Grounded

6. The 2-Man Delivery Protocol

Check access routes before delivery
Work in full coordination with driver assistant
Use proper manual handling procedure
Deliver to Room of Choice where required
Maintain professional customer communication

7. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

Team lifting is mandatory where required
PPE must be worn
Unsafe conditions must be reported immediately
No delivery is worth risking injury or property damage

Safety Notice:
Drivers are responsible for both vehicle safety and safe delivery execution. No unsafe vehicle or unsafe delivery situation should be accepted.
