5. The 2-Man Delivery Protocol

Check hallways, stairs, and access points before movement
Use team lifting procedures correctly
Use straps, dollies, and handling aids where required
Deliver to Room of Choice without damage
Support unpacking and placement where instructed

6. Manual Handling & Safety

Never attempt unsafe solo lifting
Use proper posture and lifting coordination
Wear required PPE
Report hazards immediately
Protect customer property during movement
